Designed as a single repetitive motif inspired by the motion of sea grass underwater as it ebbs and flows in the current, Seagrass is composed of a series of sculptural elements infused with with LED light, creating a continuous shimmering effect. The sculptural installation punctuates the median at 415 W Ocean Blvd., directly across from the Long Beach County Courthouse.

Commissioned by Arts Council for Long Beach, CA.
