This sculptural environment emphasizes our uniquely human ability to transcend difference and find common ground through conversation. The silhouetted human heads are symbolic of our humanity— both our differences and similarities. The sculptures are intentionally absent of gender and race. The figures face one another to convey engagement in Conversation. The accessible pathways through the sculptures reference fluctuating human emotion. The artwork is designed to embrace our shared humanity.
