A focal point for the Grand Avenue Plaza, Stormy Plaza, located adjacent to the public library, WEATHER is designed to invoke associations with weather patterns and the influence they exert on our daily lives. At night the work of art softly glows, being illuminated from within, and creates a festive atmosphere for the site.
