RECENT PRESS
JULY 2014 - Artist Barbara Grygutis served as a member of the South Park Bridge Replacement Project design team. Her influence led to the reuse of functional and mechanical elements from the original 1931 bridge. Historic railing panels, gears, rockers and guide tracks are thoughtfully integrated and call attention to the inherent beauty of 1930s engineering while celebrating the area as it exists today.
